How to Make Your Visa Letter of Invitation Official?

You should consider contacting your family members or friends in the country months in advance (usually six months in advance), and asking if they would write a visa letter of invitation for you.  Ask your university where you will be studying or other host institutions to write for you if this applies to you.  The sponsor will agree and sign, notarize the document, and then send the copy to you.  You will submit the letter with your application for a visa.
